The proposed Management of Submissions Policy,
announced on June 7, 1996, outlines the requirements for the submission of
applications to the PMRA. The policy will
serve as a guide to applicants so that they may ensure their applications are
complete prior to submission. Under this new policy, incomplete application
packages will be returned to the applicant, at the applicant's expense.
Guidance to Applicants for Preparing Electronic Submissions
REMINDER: As of July 1, 2026 all labels submitted to PMRA must be in electronic format (PDF normal) and there will no longer be a requirement for hard copy labels.
