To enrol in e-PRS:

1. Download and read the following documents
2. Complete the Information Provider Profile Form (IPPF)
3. Review and sign the legal agreement
4. Return to PMRA:
   • the completed IPPF
   • 2 signed copies of the legal agreement
   • proof of legal capacity to enter into the legal agreement

Note: These documents, except for the legal agreement, are currently in draft format to allow for consultation by industry. PMRA is interested in feedback specifically related to clarity and usability of these documents and will be accepting comments until October 12th, 2004. All comments are to be forwarded to PMRA via the Pest Management Information Service.
