US 131 Motorsports Park next stop for three drag race series

PMRA, Quick 32 Sportsman Series, and PBSS to race at famous Michigan track June 8-9

CAYUGA, ONTARIO – (May 25, 2026) – The next event for the Pro Modified Racing Association, the Quick 32 Sportsman Series presented by NAPA Auto Parts, and the Pro Bike & Sled Series presented by Wiseco Performance Products will be the Summer Showdown at US 131 Motorsports Park in Martin Michigan.

This will be the second event for all three drag racing series this year, and the first time at the storied track in southwestern Michigan between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo.

“We’re very excited to be going to Martin,” said Bruce Mehlenbacher, Director of Operations of all three series. “We look forward to racing at this great facility.”

Jeff Roth wins PMRA opener at TMP’s Cayuga Dragway

Willys team records personal best on way to taking first race of 2012 season

CAYUGA, ONTARIO (May 20, 2026) – As Bruce Boland and Jeff Roth staged for the final in the Pro Modified Racing Association’s season opener at the Cayuga Dragway of Toronto Motorsports Park, the only thing certain was that a Willys Pro Modified would win the contest.

Boland, of Hamilton, Ontario, posted the number one spot in qualifying with a 5.984-second, 237.67-mph pass, and Roth was right behind him with a 5.999, 238.34, the first sub six-second pass for the team.

As the cars staged the scene was set, it was anybody’s race, but with a rare miscue, Boland fouled at the line as Roth blasted to a 6.008, 237.30, giving the New Dundee, Ontario driver his first win of the season.

Jeff Roth, Dan Aitken Jr, and Pete Stewart win PMRA, Quick 32 Sportsman Series, and PBSS drag race openers at TMP`s Cayuga Dragway in Victoria Day Weekend Challenge

CAYUGA, ONTARIO (May 20, 2026) – Winners were declared in the opening rounds of the Pro Modified Racing Association, the Quick 32 Sportsman Series presented by NAPA Auto Parts, and the PBSS presented by Wiseco Performance Products during the Victoria Day Weekend Challenge at the Cayuga Dragway of Toronto Motorsports Park today.

Taking the PMRA race was Jeff Roth of New Dundee, Ontario. Dan Aiken Jr of Belle River, Ontario, captured the Quick 32 Sportsman Series event, and the PBSS win went to Pete Stewart of Toronto, Ontario.

Driving the Roth Racing 1942 Willys Pro Modified, Roth, who qualified number two, took the victory in the final against former PMRA champion Bruce Boland of Hamilton, Ontario, who red lighted in the final. Roth achieved a personal best over the weekend with his first sub six-second run, qualifying number two with a 5.999-second, 238.24-mph attempt behind Boland’s number one 5.984, 237.67.

Paul Wolf Lighting & Electric Supply continues its support for PMRA drag racing in 2012

TORONTO, ONTARIO (May 18, 2026) – One of the strongest supporters of the Pro Modified Racing Association will be returning for the 2012 drag race season.

Paul Wolf Lighting & Electric Supply will be on board for its fifth season in supporting the PMRA.

“Paul Wolf Lighting & Electric Supply has been great supporters of the PMRA over the years, and we are very pleased to have them return this year,” said Bruce Mehlenbacher, Director of Operations for the PMRA. “Their involvement has produced a great relationship and has helped promote our series.”

Along with its involvement in the PMRA, Wolf also sponsors one of the PMRA’s top teams, Andreacchi Motorsports with driver Sam Andreacchi of Toronto, through its relationship as co-owner with Domenic Calabria of Wolf.

Drag race series welcomes Aulward Graphics for 2012

Printing firm will be the Preferred Printing Supplier to the PMRA, Quick 32 Sportsman Series, and PBSS, offering each series a special contingency award at end of season

HAMILTON, ONTARIO (May 16, 2026) – The Pro Modified Racing Association, the Quick 32 Sportsman Series, and the Pro Bike & Sled Series is pleased to welcome Aulward Graphics as the Preferred Printing Supplier to the three drag race series.
