RULES AND REGULATIONS

SUPERCHARGED (Screw-type Supercharger) ENTRIES:
Minimum weight (converter) at the conclusion of run, including driver: 2600 pounds
Minimum weight (clutch) at the conclusion of run, including driver: 2650 pounds
Maximum C-Rotor supercharger overdrive limit is 90.0 percent
Maximum D-Rotor supercharger overdrive limit is 108.0 percent

SUPERCHARGED (Roots Supercharger) ENTRIES:
Minimum weight at the conclusion of run, including driver: 2500 pounds
14-71 Supercharger only
Maximum supercharger overdrive limit is 50.0 percent

TURBOCHARGED ENTRIES:
Minimum weight at the conclusion of run, including driver: 2650 pounds
Single turbocharger limited to 120mm maximum; twin turbocharger limited to 88mm maximum

NITROUS ENTRIES:
Minimum weight at the conclusion of run, including driver: 2425 pounds

• Teams participating with the Series will be subject to a MANDATORY Technical / Safety Inspection at EACH event before entering competition.
• The Series will coordinate the Technical / Safety Inspection with venue Officials at each event.
• Competitor Parking will open on Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Event Competitor Parking / Registration and Technical / Safety Inspection will take place on Friday starting at 8:30 a.m. for those teams participating in the Annual Test & Tune Program.

At Toronto Motorsports Park:

• All competitors must have a valid NHRA Competition License, Membership and Chassis Certification.
• Competitors must comply with NHRA Top Sportsman / Advance ET Safety Rules and Regulations.

• Competitors must comply with NHRA Top Sportsman / Advance ET Safety Rules and Regulations at TMP and IHRA Top Sportsman / Advance ET Safety Rules and Regulations at the Grand Bend Motorplex.
• The use of Lockup Clutches or locking mechanism for the purpose of locking the clutch in any combination is prohibited.
• Head and neck restraint mandatory.
• The use of Nitromethane is prohibited.
• Form - fitting engineered seat mandatory.
• Contestants must prominently display the PMRA and Series Sponsor decals.
• All cars in competition must be painted, lettered/numbered, and professionally decaled.
• In order to continue to reduce the risk and help keep Series events running efficiently, the Series is mandates a starting-line dress code for its race teams at all events. All crew members are required to wear matching collared shirts.
• Qualifying will consist of three sessions on two-day events and two sessions on one-day events.
• Once qualifying has concluded and a ladder has been established, pairings will not be changed. However, should a qualified vehicle and racer be unable to make the first round of eliminations, an alternate will be inserted in his or her place.
• All first-round points and cash awards will remain with the qualified racer. Alternates will not be eligible for any round points, regardless of how far they advance past round one, and the cash award paid will be less the amount paid to the original qualifier.
• If an event is postponed due to weather or other conditions prior to the start of eliminations, it is necessary that the qualified vehicle and racer be in attendance and participates at the rescheduled date to be eligible for all points and awards.
• Contestants will be supplied with Series Hard Cards, be prepared to show them at entry with proof of identification.
• The Series will provide an Official Starter that will control the starting line and the restricted area.
• The venues are required to supply an Ambulance and a total of two (2) EMS Emergency Medical Services Paramedics, (one (1) ACP-Advanced Care Paramedic and one (1) PCP-Primary Care Paramedic) and Firemen.
• It is the responsibility of the participant, not the Series / NHRA / IHRA or any track, to ensure that all safety equipment is not modified or altered, is approved and is correctly installed, worn, maintained and used.
• There will be no domination in the Series. The rules may be adjusted during the season to keep parity in the Series. The PMRA reserves the right to adjust rules as performance dictates to create an even level of competition. No rule change will result from any one single dominant run. Poor performance or the inability to make clean and consistent runs will not make for a rules change to bring the cars that are making clean and successful runs back to parity with those that are not. All clean and full power runs will be monitored from all combinations, and front and back halves of the runs will be compared to insure that no one combination has a clear advantage. All cars are subject to technical inspection at any given time and this inspection is up to the PMRA Series discretion as to when the cars will be inspected.
• Participants are expected, at all times, to conduct themselves in a professional and non-disruptive manner consistent with good sportsmanship and PMRA’s role as a family-oriented sports organization with events suitable for attendance by all and, as to those events that are televised, suitable by unrestricted viewing by the general public. Any participant who, in the sole and absolute judgment of PMRA (1) verbally or physically threatens another person; (2) uses vulgar or derogatory language; (3) engages in unsportsmanlike conduct; (4) engages in conduct detrimental to the sport of racing; (5) otherwise creates a condition or circumstance that is unsafe, unfair, or out of order; or (6) otherwise violates any PMRA rule, regulation or agreement, shall have violated this rule regarding participant conduct.

ALL ENTRIES MUST COMPLETE THE TECHNICAL INSPECTION PROCEDURE PRIOR TO COMPETITION.

Competitors and crewmembers must sign the Insurance Waiver when provided by the track and the track technical inspector will inspect the entries.

Note: Teams must complete Technical Inspection to receive Entry and Bonus Points.

Ties will be broken as follows:

1. Most event wins; if still a tie: 2. most event runner-ups; if still a tie: 3. most round points; if still a tie: 4. most qualifying points.

SERIES FEE

$1,250.00, plus $162.50 HST = $1,412.50

Fee will increase:

$1,350.00, plus $175.50 HST = $1,525.00 - February 1, 2026

$1,450.00, plus $188.50 HST = $1,638.50 - March 1, 2026

$1,550.00, plus $201.50 HST = $1,751.50 - April 1, 2026

$1,650.00, plus $214.50 HST = $1,864.50 - May 1, 2026

$1,750.00, plus $227.50 HST = $1,977.50 - June 1, 2026

Note: Fee includes Car and Driver, and four crew members at each event.

ANNUAL TEST & TUNE

Six hours, quarter-mile, two prepped lanes, with an Ambulance and a total of two EMS Emergency Medical Services Paramedics, (one ACP-Advanced Care Paramedic and one PCP-Primary Care Paramedic) and Firemen.

Cost:

$600.00, plus HST per team / season

The cost to Non Registered (ANNUAL Test & Tune Program) Teams will be $200.00, plus HST per day.
